Raymond and Queenie, brother and sister, founded NAF Pharma out of deep passionate about making a difference in people's lives through pharmaceutical excellence and care. In 2007, shortly after the siblings completed their academic pursuits, a major European NASDAQ-listed biotech company, sought to expand its distribution in Asia and saw in the sibling duo a perfect match - their profound expertise, dedication to quality and desire to make a meaningful difference.

This pivotal moment laid the foundation of what later became the NAF PHARMA.

Wholesale licence and authorisation holders must comply with good distribution practice to ensure the quality, safety, and security of medicinal products throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is a worldwide standard that sets requirements for a strong Quality Management System. It details specific processes, procedures and activities that organizations must create, implement, maintain and improve in order to successfully manage making products or delivering services.

ISO 45001:2018

ISO 45001:2018 is committed to establish, implement and maintain an OH&S management system to improve occupational health and safety, eliminate hazards and minimize OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities, and address OH&S management system nonconformities associated with its activities.

ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001:2015 is the international standard for environmental management systems. 2007:
The Birth of NAF Pharma

In 2007, NASDAQ-listed biotech giant partnered with the young sibling duos Raymond and Queenie to found NAF Pharma. With a vision to transform pharmaceutical logistics in Asia Pacific, NAF Pharma was launched in Hong Kong.

2014:
Joining the Elite

In 2014, we became a founding member of the esteemed Pharma Logistics Network (PLN). This milestone gave NAF Pharma global reach and valuable industry connections to better serve our multinational clients.

2019:
Making Our Mark

CPHI China, the premier pharma event in Asia. Our participation in the prestigious CPHI event in China solidified our presence in the industry.

2020:
Building a Foundation of Partnership

Joined Mipharma Network, the largest pharma logistics network worldwide empowering SME forwarders.

2020:
Obtaining GDP

In August 2020, our Hong Kong warehouse obtained the GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certification, reaffirming our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in pharmaceutical logistics despite the challenges of COVID-19.

Continuing to Connect

In October 2020, we participated in the Guangzhou Pharma EXPO, engaging industry partners both virtually and in-person. We strengthened existing relationships and shared best practices for navigating supply chain disruptions during the pandemic.

Shanghai GDP Facility

In February 2022, we upgraded our Hong Kong warehouse to meet evolving client needs with optimal temperature control, inventory management and supply chain traceability.

Beijing GDP Facility

Beijing Branch has achieved GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certification in December 2024.

2025:
HK Achieved ISO 13485 Certification

In Feb 2025, NAF Pharma has achieved ISO 13485:2016 certification. This certification is essential for organizations in the medical device industry, especially for logistics companies handling cold-chain shipments. 2026 - June:
Strategic Expansion of Radiopharma Logistics Service

NAF Pharma has successfully launched its specialized Radiopharma Logistics Service across key Asian hubs in 2026.

This strategic expansion strengthens our capability in handling time-sensitive radiopharmaceuticals with strict radiation safety, temperature control, and GDP compliance, delivering reliable and secure supply chain solutions to nuclear medicine departments.
